SmartHome Shades LLC (SHS LLC) is a provider of Custom Window Treatments (manufactured for your specific opening) and Custom Patio Screen Shades. All products sold are Final Sale once the order is placed with our manufacturers.

• Cancelations will not be accepted or allowed if products of any kind have been sent to our manufacturers.
• If a refund is granted before products are ordered, SHS reserves the right to withhold any measure or consult fees built into our quotes and invoices even if not directly listed as an item. Measure and consult fees can range from $130-$150 each.
• Online ordering - is used to help customers quote our products quickly and purchase at their convenience. The checkout process will allow transactions to take place. This process will be viewed similar to a custom order. Once an online order is placed, there will be two options available to move forward- One: SHS LLC will help facilitate a local installer to complete a professional measure and install with fees added for services or, Two: customer provides rooms, window qty, measurements and responsibility for install and accuracy on all information given.
